Decadent Vegan Dessert Bar but Healthy
Ingredients
- BASE
- 2 cups oats
- 10 dates
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- CHOCOLATE NOUGAT
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- TOPPING
- 80g about (3oz) melted vegan chocolate
Preparation
For the base. Mix the ingredients together (I just do it with my hands?). Chill in the fridge
For the nougat, blend together and pour over the base. Freeze
Melt the chocolate and pour over! Keep in the fridge and enjoy
