Healthy No Bake Chocolate Treats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Splash of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3.5 cups oats
  • Coconut shreds
  • Dates
  • Peanut butter (a little)
  • Sliced almonds (a few)

Preparation

  1. Melt 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup peanut butter, splash of coconut milk, and 1/4 cup cocoa powder in a non-stick frying pan until blended.

  2. Add 3.5 cups of oats and mix until coated.

  3. Dump the mixture on a cutting board lined with parchment paper.

  4. Roll into balls or flatten into cookie shapes.

  5. Roll in coconut shreds.

  6. Cool in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  7. For Vegan Date Snickers: Cut open dates lengthwise and add a little peanut butter inside.

  8. Put a few sliced almonds in the dates.

  9. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top, made by melting cocoa powder and coconut oil together.

  10. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to harden and maintain shape.
