Breakfast Yorkshire Pudding Wrap

Ingredients

  • Yorkshire pudding (made from leftover batter)
  • Spinach
  • Dairylea light cheese slices
  • Squeakybeanveg Italian deli ham style slices
  • 4 vegetarian sausages (pre-cooked)
  • Aldiuk Skeeters Bacon BBQ sauce

Preparation

  1. Bake the Yorkshire pudding batter in a large oval cast iron skillet

  2. Assemble the wrap by adding spinach, cheese slices, ham-style slices, sausages, and BBQ sauce into the pudding and roll it up

  3. Wrap the assembled roll in foil and refrigerate

  1. This recipe uses leftover batter to make the Yorkshire pudding
