Breakfast Yorkshire Pudding Wrap
Ingredients
- Yorkshire pudding (made from leftover batter)
- Spinach
- Dairylea light cheese slices
- Squeakybeanveg Italian deli ham style slices
- 4 vegetarian sausages (pre-cooked)
- Aldiuk Skeeters Bacon BBQ sauce
Preparation
Bake the Yorkshire pudding batter in a large oval cast iron skillet
Assemble the wrap by adding spinach, cheese slices, ham-style slices, sausages, and BBQ sauce into the pudding and roll it up
Wrap the assembled roll in foil and refrigerate
