Easy Veggie Pizza Wrap

Ingredients

  • Wrap
  • Tomato purée and pesto blobs
  • Spinach
  • Yellow pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • Sweetcorn
  • Vegan cheese

Preparation

  1. Spread tomato purée and pesto on the wrap as the base.

  2. Add spinach, yellow pepper, tomatoes, sweetcorn, and vegan cheese.

  3. Bake at 180°C for about 8 minutes.

  4. Top with salad and houmous and serve.
