Easy Veggie Pizza Wrap
Ingredients
- Wrap
- Tomato purée and pesto blobs
- Spinach
- Yellow pepper
- Tomatoes
- Sweetcorn
- Vegan cheese
Preparation
Spread tomato purée and pesto on the wrap as the base.
Add spinach, yellow pepper, tomatoes, sweetcorn, and vegan cheese.
Bake at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
Top with salad and houmous and serve.
