Chocolate Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup short-grain rice
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate

For decoration

  • grated chocolate
  • nuts

Preparation

  1. In a pot, place the rice and add 2 cups of water, then put it on medium heat until the water is fully absorbed and the rice is cooked and sticky.

  2. In another pot, place the cooked rice, milk, and sugar; let it boil while stirring continuously until it becomes thick.

  3. Add the chocolate and continue stirring until it is well incorporated.

  4. Place the rice pudding in a serving dish or small bowls and let it cool completely in the fridge.

  5. Sprinkle some grated chocolate and nuts over the rice pudding and serve.
