Fried Rice Style

Ingredients

  • 1/3 block *pressed* tofu
  • *frozen* green peas
  • carrots & broccoli
  • 1 cup leftover quinoa
  • drizzle of sesame oil + soy sauce
  • sriracha

Preparation

  1. Set 1/3 block *pressed* tofu cubes on a pan over med heat to brown

  2. Meanwhile microwave *frozen* green peas, carrots & broccoli

  3. Once the tofu was crispyyy, threw in 1 cup leftover quinoa + microwaved veg, letting that cook all together for a bit longer

  4. Seasoned w a drizzle of sesame oil + soy sauce & served w some good ol srirachaaaa
