Fried Rice Style
Ingredients
- 1/3 block *pressed* tofu
- *frozen* green peas
- carrots & broccoli
- 1 cup leftover quinoa
- drizzle of sesame oil + soy sauce
- sriracha
Preparation
Set 1/3 block *pressed* tofu cubes on a pan over med heat to brown
Meanwhile microwave *frozen* green peas, carrots & broccoli
Once the tofu was crispyyy, threw in 1 cup leftover quinoa + microwaved veg, letting that cook all together for a bit longer
Seasoned w a drizzle of sesame oil + soy sauce & served w some good ol srirachaaaa
