Easy Homemade Corn Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 300 g corn flour
  • 200-250 ml water

Preparation

  1. Add flour to a bowl

  2. Little by little add the water and mix with the flour, then add water again

  3. Repeat until you come to a smooth, not too sticky dough

  4. Knead for a couple of minutes, add more water if needed

  5. Form to about twenty little balls and add a not too wet towel on top of the balls so that the dough doesn’t dry out

  6. With a rolling pin or tortilla press roll out each ball to a thin tortilla, lay cling film in between so that it doesn’t stick to your rolling pin or press

  7. Heat up a pan without oil to medium heat

  8. Bake the tortillas from each side for about half a minute

  9. Fill them with your favorite ingredients
