Easy Homemade Corn Tortillas
Ingredients
- 300 g corn flour
- 200-250 ml water
Preparation
Add flour to a bowl
Little by little add the water and mix with the flour, then add water again
Repeat until you come to a smooth, not too sticky dough
Knead for a couple of minutes, add more water if needed
Form to about twenty little balls and add a not too wet towel on top of the balls so that the dough doesn’t dry out
With a rolling pin or tortilla press roll out each ball to a thin tortilla, lay cling film in between so that it doesn’t stick to your rolling pin or press
Heat up a pan without oil to medium heat
Bake the tortillas from each side for about half a minute
Fill them with your favorite ingredients
