Easy Homemade Rice Krispie Squares

Ingredients

  • 100g Rice Krispies
  • 50g butter
  • 120g white mini marshmallows
  • 20g extra mini marshmallows
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Grease a 2 lb loaf tin with vegetable oil and line with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the butter and 120g mini marshmallows over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

  3. Add the Rice Krispies and stir well.

  4. Add the remaining 20g mini marshmallows and stir again.

  5. Press the mixture into the prepared tin using the back of a large spoon.

  6. Let it set at room temperature for at least 2 hours.

  7. Slice into 8 squares and enjoy.

Tips

  1. Store in a sealed container for up to 5 days.
