Custardy Scrambled Eggs with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggland's Best Classic Eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and basil to taste

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in a pan over low heat.

  2. Add the eggs and stir gently until custardy.

  3. Season with salt and basil to taste.

  4. Serve immediately.
