Four-Ingredient Mini Dubai Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 3 tbsp pistachio butter
  • 1/3 cup shredded wheat

Preparation

  1. Microwave the chocolate chips and oil in a bowl to make the chocolate filling.

  2. Line the bottom of each baking mold with the melted chocolate and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  3. Combine the pistachio butter and shredded wheat in a bowl and stir until it forms a thick paste.

  4. Place 1 teaspoon of the filling into each baking cup.

  5. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and place back into the freezer for 15 more minutes.

Storage

  1. Keep frozen or refrigerated and enjoy.
