White Bean Dip with Garlic, Lemon, and Spices

Ingredients

  • 300g white beans (canned or freshly cooked)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice or half fresh lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • pepper and other spices & herbs you like

Preparation

  1. Blend in a high speed blender or food processor.

  2. Dip in raw veggies like cucumber, bell pepper or sweet potato.
