Double Chocolate Healthy Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups oat flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup non dairy milk - i used oat
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil or grape seed oil
  • 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. First blend up whole oats in blender to get your flour, then measure it out 3/4 cup of it

  2. Add the rest of the dry products, and pulse to blend it all in

  3. Add all wet ingredients and blend it up till it’s smooth, add chocolate chips after it’s blended

  4. Pour batter into muffin cups (i use silicon cups for no waste) evenly and if you want top with walnuts!

  5. Bake in oven at 350f for 25-28 minutes

  6. Poke with a toothpick to make sure it’s cooked
