Quick and Easy Almond Crusted Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Italian seasoning
  • pink salt
  • black pepper
  • chicken

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Whisk together two eggs in a small bowl.

  4. Cut chicken into small pieces, dip into egg, and then into seasoning mix.
