Ingredients

  • 1 piece chicken
  • Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • Japanese sweet potatoes
  • Brussel sprouts

Preparation

  1. Bake chicken at 400°F for 30 minutes with Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning

  2. Roast Japanese sweet potato chips at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side

  3. Roast Brussel sprouts at 400°F for 35 minutes

  4. Prepare avocado by adding red pepper flakes
