Banana Bread Pancakes with Chocolate Drizzle
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg or 1 flax egg
- 2 tablespoons whole grain flour
- pinch of salt
- pinch of baking powder (optional)
Toppings
- peach or nectarine slices
- dark chocolate
- a little bit of milk
Preparation
Mash the banana with a fork.
Beat the egg.
Mix all the ingredients except for the garnishes to prepare the pancake batter.
Heat a non-stick pan.
Pour the batter using a spoon to form little pancakes; you can add a tiny amount of coconut oil if desired.
Cook each side for 1-2 minutes until they turn golden-brown.
After stacking the pancakes, add peach or nectarine slices.
To make the chocolate drizzle, warm a tiny bit of milk in a microwave.
Add chocolate pieces to the warm milk and stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate drizzle generously over the pancakes and enjoy.
