Four Ingredient Paleo Sweet Potato Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups grated sweet potato
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 egg
Toppings
- 1 egg
- garlic ghee
- African smoke seasoning
- 1/2 avocado
- strawberries
Preparation
Cook the waffle batter in a waffle maker for 8-10 minutes, ignoring the green light if necessary, to make two small waffles.
Fry an egg in garlic ghee with African smoke seasoning.
Top the waffles with the fried egg, 1/2 avocado, and strawberries.
Optionally, add protein to enhance flavor as needed.
