Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups grated sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 egg

Toppings

  • 1 egg
  • garlic ghee
  • African smoke seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • strawberries

Preparation

  2. Fry an egg in garlic ghee with African smoke seasoning.
