Healthy Chickpea and Beet Pancakes for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 100g chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 raw beet
  • 1/4 tbsp baking soda
  • 3/4 plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Serve with cashew yogurt and mangos.
