Easy Vegan Taco Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana, mashed (~90g)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 80g chickpea flour
- 55g rice flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 150ml soy milk
- Sweetener of choice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Adjust the amount of plant milk depending on the flour used.
Bake the pancakes in a well-coated pan with a little bit of oil if desired.
Serve with fillings and toppings of your choice.
Heat a pan over medium heat before cooking
Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes and cook until done
