5-Minute Fluffy Pumpkin Banana Pancakes with Cardamom
Ingredients
- 1 cup of chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 pinch Cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons of pumpkin
- 1 pinch Cinnamon, nutmeg
Preparation
Mix the wet ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients and fold the two mixtures together.
Heat a pan with a little coconut oil.
