Nutritious Bok Choy Stir Fry with Veggies and Rice
Ingredients
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Trader Joe’s Mushroom umami seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- baby Bok Choy
- edamame
- peas
- jasmine rice
Preparation
Add 1/2 red onion and 1/2 cup mushrooms to a pan set to low-medium heat.
Cook until onions and mushrooms are cooked down.
Add seasonings: 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon Trader Joe’s Mushroom umami seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, and 2 teaspoons soy sauce.
Add sliced baby Bok Choy.
Allow to cook with mushrooms for 2 minutes.
Add edamame and peas.
Stir to warm peas and edamame through and cook off liquid.
Serve with jasmine rice.
