Paleo Protein Pancake Stack
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup birchbenders paleo pancake mix
- 1 scoop highperformancenutrition vegan pumpkin spice latte protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup water or plant milk
Toppings
- strawberries
- coconut flakes
- traderjoes raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes and cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Top with strawberries, coconut flakes, and almond butter before serving.
