Refreshing Mango Lassi with Greek Yogurt and Honey
Ingredients
- 4 mangoes (I've used a Pakistani variety, you may use canned mangoes if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup ice cream
- 400ml milk
- 1/2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
Preparation
You can use either fresh or canned mangoes and adjust for sweetness and thickness based on preference.
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust by adding more honey if needed.
Serve with ice cubes in a sundae glass or add extra ice cream on top. Enjoy!
