Refreshing Mango Lassi with Greek Yogurt and Honey

Ingredients

  • 4 mangoes (I've used a Pakistani variety, you may use canned mangoes if you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cream
  • 400ml milk
  • 1/2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)

Preparation

  1. You can use either fresh or canned mangoes and adjust for sweetness and thickness based on preference.

  2. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust by adding more honey if needed.

  3. Serve with ice cubes in a sundae glass or add extra ice cream on top. Enjoy!
