Durian Seri Muka Dessert
Ingredients
Bottom layer
- 3 cups glutinous rice
- 3 cups thin coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Top layer
- 4 cups thick coconut milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup durian
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour and custard powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Bottom layer
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Grease the pan evenly with oil
Pour the glutinous rice mixture into the pan and steam until cooked
Press the cooked glutinous rice firmly
Top layer
Blend all ingredients and strain
Pour slowly over the rice layer
Steam for about half an hour
Cool first before cutting
