Delicious Fried Kuih Peneram
Ingredients
- 500g rice flour
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour (optional)
- 200g white sugar
- 200g brown sugar
- 1.25 cups water or 240ml
Preparation
Cook brown sugar and white sugar with water until boiling
Pour the mixture and strain it into the rice flour
Stir well with a wooden spoon
Let it rest overnight
Mix the batter again before frying
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
