Delicious Fried Kuih Peneram

Ingredients

  • 500g rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour (optional)
  • 200g white sugar
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 1.25 cups water or 240ml

Preparation

  1. Cook brown sugar and white sugar with water until boiling

  2. Pour the mixture and strain it into the rice flour

  3. Stir well with a wooden spoon

  4. Let it rest overnight

  5. Mix the batter again before frying

  6. Fry in hot oil until golden brown
