Easy Gluten-Free Strawberry Crumble

Ingredients

Berry filling

  • 4-5 cups cut strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Crumble topping

  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray an 8x8 inch pan.

  2. Mix the berries, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.

  4. Combine the remaining ingredients and cut the butter into the mixture with a pastry cutter or fork until crumbly.

  5. Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the berries.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the sides are bubbly and fragrant.
