Easy Light Strawberry Cream Dessert in Glasses

Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 2 packets whipped cream stabilizer

Preparation

  1. Wash the strawberries, pat dry, and set aside four nice strawberries with green tops for decoration. Puree the remaining strawberries with sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice

  2. Strain the strawberry puree through a coarse sieve to remove the seeds. Add the yogurt and mix well. Whip the heavy cream with whipped cream stabilizer until stiff and gently fold into the yogurt-strawberry mixture. Pour the mixture into four glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour

  3. Before serving, garnish with the reserved strawberries

Tips

  1. The strawberry yogurt cream keeps for at least 2 days in the refrigerator

  2. For a lighter version, replace the Greek yogurt with low-fat quark to make the cream firmer and lower in calories
