Layered Yogurt and Berry Dessert in Glasses
Ingredients
Yogurt cream
- 250 g full-fat natural yogurt (e.g. Greek yogurt)
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g heavy cream
Topping
- 150 g mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 25 g sugar
Preparation
Stir natural yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth
Whip the well-chilled heavy cream until stiff
Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture by hand
Prepare 6 dessert glasses (150 ml each)
Fill the glasses with the yogurt cream up to two-thirds
Chill the glasses
Clean the berries
Halve 3 strawberries and set aside for decoration
Cook raspberries with sugar in a pot for 5 minutes over medium heat
Add blueberries and mix together
Dice the remaining strawberries and mix in
Place 2 tablespoons of berry topping on each yogurt cream
Decorate with a half strawberry
Chill again or serve immediately
Tips
You can prepare the yogurt dessert the day before and store in the refrigerator. The yogurt bomb in a glass keeps for at least 3 days.
