Layered Yogurt and Berry Dessert in Glasses

Ingredients

Yogurt cream

  • 250 g full-fat natural yogurt (e.g. Greek yogurt)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g heavy cream

Topping

  • 150 g mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 25 g sugar

Preparation

  1. Stir natural yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth

  2. Whip the well-chilled heavy cream until stiff

  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture by hand

  4. Prepare 6 dessert glasses (150 ml each)

  5. Fill the glasses with the yogurt cream up to two-thirds

  6. Chill the glasses

  7. Clean the berries

  8. Halve 3 strawberries and set aside for decoration

  9. Cook raspberries with sugar in a pot for 5 minutes over medium heat

  10. Add blueberries and mix together

  11. Dice the remaining strawberries and mix in

  12. Place 2 tablespoons of berry topping on each yogurt cream

  13. Decorate with a half strawberry

  14. Chill again or serve immediately

Tips

  1. You can prepare the yogurt dessert the day before and store in the refrigerator. The yogurt bomb in a glass keeps for at least 3 days.
