Four Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic cocoa rice crisps
- 1/4 cup natural pb
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- @hukitchen chocolate gems
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients except for chocolate.
Scoop mixture out using a small cookie scooper and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper; it’s going to be a little messy which is fine, don’t touch yet.
Place into the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove and roll into balls using your hands.
Heat chocolate over stove-top until fully melted.
Dip each rice crispy ball into chocolate until fully covered.
Pop back into the freezer for another 15 minutes.
Eat right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
