Blueberry Cashew Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup @foragerproject unsweetened protein yogurt
  • 1 cup @natureseats cashew flour
  • 1/4 cup @wholefoods frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. @traderjoeslist clover honey

Preparation

  1. Slightly warm the frozen wild blueberries in the microwave or on the stove

  2. Stir all ingredients together.

  3. Roll the mixture into balls.

  4. Store in the fridge or freezer.
