Pandan Baked Cupcake Trio

Ingredients

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 cup thick coconut milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups water (approximately to make thick batter)
  • Pandan juice (approximately)
  • A little green food coloring (optional)
  • A pinch of salt (to make it rise better)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until well combined.

  2. Preheat the mold.

  3. Bake in the trio cupcake mold until golden and crispy.
