Pandan Baked Cupcake Trio
Ingredients
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 cup thick coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups water (approximately to make thick batter)
- Pandan juice (approximately)
- A little green food coloring (optional)
- A pinch of salt (to make it rise better)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until well combined.
Preheat the mold.
Bake in the trio cupcake mold until golden and crispy.
