Cajun Spiced Potato Wedges with Avocado Lime Dip
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- olive oil
- Cajun spice mix
- nutritional yeast (optional)
- salt
Dip
- 1 ripe medium avocado
- juice of 1/2 lime
- salt and pepper or dried chilli flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/gas 6. Line a baking tray with non stick parchment.
Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle the wedges with olive oil and stir well.
Coat the wedges with Cajun spice and nutritional yeast for cheesy flavor, then season with salt.
Stir until the wedges are fully coated in the seasoning.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Avocado dip
Mash 1 ripe medium avocado until smooth and creamy, add the juice of 1/2 lime, season with salt and pepper or dried chilli flakes, then mix well.
