Crispy Jackfruit Fritters with Spices
Ingredients
- 100 g dehydrated jackfruit
- 2 potatoes
- 1 cup coriander
- 3 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon chickpea flour
- olive oil for frying
Preparation
Rehydrate the dehydrated jackfruit in warm water and drain as per packet instructions.
Boil and peel the potatoes.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend.
Shape the mixture into fritters.
Fry in olive oil until crispy.
