Easy Crispy Jackfruit Fritters
Ingredients
- 100 g dehydrated jackfruit, rehydrated and drained
- 2 boiled and peeled potatoes
- 1 cup coriander
- 3 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon chickpea flour
- Olive oil for frying
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend
Shape into fritters and fry

Made with dehydrated jackfruit; canned jackfruit can be used as an alternative for similar results.
