Easy Vegan Tofu Pizza Pockets
Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu, sliced into 8 slices about 1/3 inch thick
- Your favorite pizza sauce
- 1 bag plant-based cheese of choice
- Egg roll wrappers (e.g., Nasoya)
Optional additions
- Garlic powder or other seasonings for extra flavor
Preparation
Read the egg roll wrapper package directions for folding instructions.
Place pizza sauce on a wrapper, add a slice of tofu and cheese, then fold up according to the directions.
Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Alternatively, bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
