French Bean Salad with Peanuts
Ingredients
- 750 g fresh or frozen French beans
- 1 pomegranate
- 1/2 can of peanuts
- 1 tbsp sesame
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt, pepper
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Blanch the French beans in boiling water for about 2 minutes to keep them crunchy and maintain their green color.
Rinse with cold water and dry off.
Peel the pomegranate.
Put all ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix them up.

French beans are low in calories and in saturated fat, but they're also a fantastic source of fiber, vitamin C, and minerals like iron, calcium, and magnesium
