Mini Blueberry Pancakes with Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup purely elizabeth grain-free pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • splash of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup warmed frozen wild blueberries
  • macadamia nuts

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together.

  2. Cook on low-medium heat.

  3. Top with macadamia nuts and a drizzle of honey.
