Mini Blueberry Pancakes with Macadamia Nuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup purely elizabeth grain-free pancake mix
- 1 egg
- splash of almond milk
- 1/4 cup warmed frozen wild blueberries
- macadamia nuts
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together.
Cook on low-medium heat.
Top with macadamia nuts and a drizzle of honey.
