Pan-Cooked Corn Flour Bread
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 cup corn flour
- A bit more than 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mix lukewarm water, dry yeast, and olive oil in a large mixing bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes to activate.
Add flour, salt, and corn flour to make a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
Cover and let it rest for half an hour.
Divide the rested dough into 7 equal pieces and shape into balls.
Roll each ball out to the size of a serving plate and cook in a Teflon pan, flipping both sides.
