Quick Paleo Pancake Bites with Protein
Ingredients
- 1 cup paleo pancake mix
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 scoops collagen
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Nut butter for topping
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup paleo pancake mix, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1-2 scoops collagen, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Spray a mini muffin tin.
Pour the batter into the tin about 3/4 full.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Top with some nut butter for extra deliciousness.
This recipe makes 15 mini cups.
