Soft and Delicious Mom's Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 700 g ground meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teacup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • a pinch of parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • mint
  • red pepper flakes
  • cumin

Sauce

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 7 or 8 green chili peppers
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Grate the onion finely and crush the garlic.

  2. Mix with egg, parsley, spices, and breadcrumbs, then knead well with hands.

  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.

  4. Fry the meatballs in a pan with a little oil on medium heat until cooked.

  5. In a separate pan, cook the peppers first, then add the tomatoes and salt.

  6. Combine the sauce with the meatballs and serve as desired.
