Fried Potato and Meat Patties
Ingredients
- 3 small potatoes
- 300 grams ground meat
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg
- Quarter of a soaked and squeezed stale bread
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Cumin
- Salt
- Parsley (optional)
Preparation
Grate the potatoes using the fine side of a grater and squeeze out the excess water thoroughly.
Place in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and knead well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to rest.
Shape into finger-length pieces and fry in hot oil until golden.
