Spicy Heavy Cream Eggs

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon salsa macha
  • Chives, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat a pan on high for 2 minutes, add heavy cream and salsa macha, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 1 minute.

  2. Crack the eggs into the pan, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the egg whites are set.

  3. Garnish with chives and a sprinkle of additional salsa macha.
