Spicy Heavy Cream Eggs
Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon salsa macha
- Chives, to taste
Preparation
Preheat a pan on high for 2 minutes, add heavy cream and salsa macha, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 1 minute.
Crack the eggs into the pan, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the egg whites are set.
Garnish with chives and a sprinkle of additional salsa macha.
