Vegetarian Butter Chicken with Chips

Ingredients

  • Naked Glory roast tenderstrips
  • 1/2 tablespoon mild curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sucralose sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons butterpak spreadable
  • Tender stem broccoli
  • Russet potatoes

Preparation

  1. Cook the Naked Glory roast tenderstrips in a wok

  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing mild curry powder, chili powder, Sucralose sweetener, and butterpak spreadable

  3. Stir the sauce through the cooked tenderstrips in the wok

  4. Add tender stem broccoli and cook until slightly softened

  5. Cook russet potatoes as chips using an air fryer or similar method

  6. Serve the butter chicken mixture with the chips
