Yogurt-Marinated Grilled Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 2500g chicken thighs
- 2 ladles yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- 1 tea glass vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Lemon zest
- Salt
Spice mix
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Mustard seeds
- Coriander
- Garlic powder
- Thyme
- Sweet red pepper
Preparation
Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together.
Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Grill the chicken until fully cooked and golden brown.
Tips
You can substitute the spice mix with a commercial chicken seasoning blend for similar results.
