Yogurt-Marinated Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2500g chicken thighs
  • 2 ladles yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 tea glass vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Lemon zest
  • Salt

Spice mix

  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Mustard seeds
  • Coriander
  • Garlic powder
  • Thyme
  • Sweet red pepper

Preparation

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together.

  2. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

  4. Grill the chicken until fully cooked and golden brown.

Tips
