Mak Yang's Chicken Pandan

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon sweet cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sunquick
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce or squid sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken breast into cubes or long pieces to fit the size of pandan leaves

  2. Mix well, wrap with pandan leaves, and marinate overnight or for 30 minutes

  3. Steam and it can be stored frozen, then fry directly after steaming

Tips

  1. Can be stored frozen after steaming for later use
