Chicken Feet with Sweet Soy and Green Chilies
Ingredients
- 0.5 kg Chicken Feet
- 1 liter Water
- Bay Leaves and Lemongrass
- Sweet Soy Sauce to taste
- Sugar and Salt to taste
- Green Chilies, sliced lengthwise
- 1 Lime
- 2 tablespoons FiberCreme
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
Ground spices
- 5 Chilies
- 4 Shallots
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation
Boil the chicken feet with water and add bay leaves and lemongrass; cook until tender. Set aside.
Sauté the ground spices in a little oil until fragrant.
Add the chicken feet and stir.
Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, FiberCreme, sugar, and salt to taste.
Cook until the spices are absorbed.
Add the lime juice squeeze.
The dish is ready to serve.
