No-Bake Chocolate Lasagna Dessert

Ingredients

  • 36 crushed Oreo cookies (including cream)
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

Cream cheese mixture

  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup non-dairy whipping cream
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk

Chocolate coconut pudding

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups fresh milk
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • 185 grams chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Toppings

  • Chocolate chips (quantity not specified)
  • Crushed Oreo cookies (as needed)
  • Grated chocolate (small amount)

Preparation

Prepare base

  1. Mix all the base ingredients together and stir until well combined. Set aside.

Make cream cheese mixture

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add caster sugar or icing sugar and beat until soft and fluffy.

  3. Add fresh milk and beat until well combined. Set aside.

  4. In a separate bowl, whip non-dairy whipping cream until stiff.

  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined and transfer to a piping bag.

Prepare pudding

  1. Mix cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add fresh milk and stir gently. Cook over a double boiler on medium heat.

  3. Continuously stir the mixture until it thickens and becomes smooth, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use a hand whisk if needed.

  4. Add chopped dark chocolate and stir for 2 to 4 minutes until the pudding thickens.

  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Stir well.

  6. Cool and set aside.

Assemble lasagna

  1. Place a small amount of crushed Oreo cookies from the base into the container.

  2. Pipe the cream cheese mixture over it.

  3. Layer with chocolate coconut pudding and smooth it out.

  4. Pipe more cream cheese mixture over it.

  5. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, crushed Oreo cookies, and a little grated chocolate.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
