Ingredients

Crust

  • 1.5 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
  • Sprinkle of Himalayan salt

Salted tahini caramel

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup sugar free maple
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • Sprinkle of Himalayan salt

Chocolate layer

  • 1 cup melted dairy free chocolate
  • Flaked sea salt for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix the crust ingredients together and press firmly into a lined pan to form the base.

  2. Prepare the salted tahini caramel by combining its ingredients until smooth, then spread evenly over the crust.

  3. Melt the dairy-free chocolate and pour it over the caramel layer, sprinkling with flaked sea salt.

  4. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes until firm, then remove, cut into bars, and serve.
