Vegan Ferrero Rocher Slice
Ingredients
Base
- 1/2 packet @ballerblends Ferrero No Share
Chocolate layer
- 1/2 cup Cashews (soaked in hot water)
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbs @macr0mike Choc Hazelnut PB+
Preparation
Prepare Baller Blends as per packet instructions and press into moulds or lined tray.
Mix ingredients for the chocolate layer in a blender until smooth, pour over the base, and place in the freezer to set.
Once set, top with desired toppings such as hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, and chocolate hazelnut peanut butter.
Store in the fridge for 5-7 days.
