Baked Adobo Tofu with Garlic and Oregano
Ingredients
- 1 block of pressed tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation
Press the tofu for 1 hour.
Add all ingredients to a Tupperware container, seal and shake to coat the tofu.
Place the tofu pieces on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes.
