Baked Adobo Tofu with Garlic and Oregano

Ingredients

  • 1 block of pressed tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp adobo seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano

Preparation

  1. Press the tofu for 1 hour.

  2. Add all ingredients to a Tupperware container, seal and shake to coat the tofu.

  3. Place the tofu pieces on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes.
