Baked Chickpea Tempeh with Peanut Sauce and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • chickpea tempeh
  • mushrooms
  • broccoli
  • spinach
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegan peanut sauce

Preparation

  1. Bake chickpea tempeh in a 200°C oven until golden brown on both sides.

  2. Sauté mushrooms, broccoli, and spinach without oil.
