Baked Chickpea Tempeh with Peanut Sauce and Vegetables
Ingredients
- chickpea tempeh
- mushrooms
- broccoli
- spinach
- salt
- pepper
- vegan peanut sauce
Preparation
Bake chickpea tempeh in a 200°C oven until golden brown on both sides.
Sauté mushrooms, broccoli, and spinach without oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with vegan peanut sauce.
